 PLACING AN ORDER ....

 If you have seen an item that you wish to buy, please use the 'place order' link below to contact us via email....

PLACE ORDER

Please be sure to include the item reference number(s) in the email subject line - and your postcode within the email message (for a delivery quote).

 Upon receipt  of your order we will mark the item as 'reserved'  to allow time to process your order and make payment & delivery arrangments etc. Please note that payments must be made within 10 days after being reserved in order to complete the sale.  We will relist the item if an agreement is not in place within this time.

PAYMENT

We accept payment in GB pounds or Euro through Personal cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal (all major credit cards). 

Please note that we are unable to accept cash on delivery for any of our items and we need to be in receipt of cleared payment before we ship.

 DELIVERY

As a guide charges for UK mainland delivery are:

Home counties and Midlands - £65

North of England, Wales, Devon & Cornwall - £85 

****Delivery cost for mainland England & Wales is for up to 3 items to the same address at the same time****

Please email us with your postcode to request a delivery quote.

Delivery to other areas, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland & France can be arranged - please contact us for a quote.  

  If using our courier service, your item(s) will be shipped directly from France to your door within 6 weeks.  Most deliveries are made by ourselves, though we do use reputable couriers for far reaching areas - in either case, your purchase will be treated with the utmost care.

Payment for delivery to be made directly to the driver via cheque or cash.

STORAGE

 Should you wish to purchase several items over a longer period of time in order to save on delivery costs or if you just want delivery at a later date - we are happy to store your items for up to 6 months for no charge.

COLLECTION

You are very welcome to collect items from us or to arrange your own courier collection, we are based just outside of Verteuil-sur- Charente - a very pretty village with a stunning Chateau!
